1. THE REGISTRATION CHARGES ONCE PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR TRANSFERABLE AT ANY COST.

2. Minors are not given the membership.

3. The responsibility of enquiry about the details and other relevant information furnished in data form / data source lies with bride / groom parents.

4. Your membership/ registration may terminate at any point of time and suspend or terminate your access without further notice upon any break or breach of the terms and condition.

5. Acceptance of payment for REGISTRATION charges doesn't guarantee MARRIAGE.

6. Membership fees is non refundable or transferable under any circumstances the membership fee /registration charges once paid will not be refunded if the marriage settles (through Vanajarao Quickmarriages (P) Ltd., or from other sources).

7. Registration fee will not entitle to claim any right, and whatsoever against VanajaRao Quick Marriages (P) Ltd.,

8. Your membership/ registration with Vanajarao Quickmarriages (P) Ltd /quickmarriages.com is for your sole, personal purpose. you are not supposed to allow others (friends/relatives/siblings) to use your membership and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. if found then your membership is immediately cancelled.

9. The Registration fee is only meant for providing information for alliance of son/daughter/others entered in VanajaRao Quick Marriages (P) Ltd.,

10. You should not include in your profile any offensive, anatomical or porn references, or connotative language and you will not post any photos containing nudity or any other photo apart from yours in quickmarriages.com/ Vanajarao Quick Marriages (P) Ltd reserves the right to reject any profile.

11. Once if we receive information about marrigae fix, the concerned data will be automatically delete from database and no further transaction will be entertained.

12. The sole responsibility of enquiring about the information furnished in the profile and correctness of the photos lies with the costumer only, Quick Marriages Pvt. ltd. is no way responsible.

13. Jurisdiction for all the disputes arising under this Registration the courts at Hyderabad alone rank the Jurisdiction.

14. In case of deception regarding the information/ photos provided by you. Appropriate strict leagal action will be taken

15. The terminology of 'Quick Marriage' means not setting the marriage in hours/days. It means the transaction and process wii be fast.

16. Jurisdiction arising for all the disputes arising under this registration the courts at Hyderabad alone have the exclusive jurisdiction.

17. If marriage settled to your son/daughter you should inform us immediately to delete the profile/photo from our records/database/web. If not inform to the organization it is not our responsibility, and we are no way concerned.

18. Tampering / altering profiles or photos in any manner will lead to legal action

19.The Management of VanajaRao Quick Marriages (P) Ltd., will have the complete decision making authority to give or not to give the advt. your profile.

20. If marriage is fixed, the customer has to take moral responsibility in informing us immediately as his / her photo / profile will be removed from the database. if not informed then the quickmarriages.com/Vanajarao Quick Marriages Pvt Ltd do not hold responsibility.

21. The Registration charges will vary based on the facilities which the customer like to avail.

22. The Management of VanajaRao Quick Marriages (P) Ltd., can change the Registration charges at any give point of time without any prior notice.

23. Scanned copy of Government issued ID proof is mandatory,failing to provide so will block your profile and will not be entitled to receive any further services

You will not engage in advertising to or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any product or services through this membership.

Vanajarao Quickmarriages (P) Ltd/quickmarriages.com is not liable for any incidental, consequential or indirect damages (including Damages for loss of data, loss of programs. Cost or procurement of substitute services or services interruptions) arising out of the use or inability to use the quickmarriages.com
